What to write to us about

Corrections, above all. A card with the wrong mixes listed, a price that has drifted a long way from the order page, a product filed on the wrong shelf, an oven we have missed entirely — those are the notes that improve this counter and we read every one of them.

Questions about which oven to buy are welcome too. We will answer with what the cartons say and what the ratings say, and we will tell you when we do not know.

What we cannot do

We cannot see your order, change it, cancel it, track it or refund it. No order is placed at this counter — the stamp on every card opens the order page of the partner store, and that store holds the record. Anything to do with a parcel, a payment or a return has to start there.

We also cannot supply spare parts. A lost pan tool or a cracked pan is a replacement purchase rather than a warranty question, and the oven shelf is the place to start looking.
