The order window

Where the order actually goes once the stamp is clicked.

Orders are placed at the partner store

Nothing is sold from this counter. Every card carries a stamp, and the stamp opens the order page of the partner store that holds the box. The price, the delivery estimate, the payment and the order confirmation all live there, and the moment you click the stamp you are dealing with that store rather than with us.

This also means the price on the order page is the real one. We print what we last read, but a catalogue cannot hold a price still, and a card that disagrees with the order page is a card that needs updating rather than a price you can claim.

Shipping

Delivery times, shipping costs and carrier choices are set by the partner store and shown on the order page before payment. Several of these cartons are seller-assembled bundles — an oven and two refill packs boxed together — and those often arrive as separate parcels in one shipment rather than as one gift-ready package. If you are wrapping it, plan for that.

Returns, replacements and warranty

Returns and warranty claims are handled through the order page of the partner store. Start there: the order record, the return window and the replacement options are all attached to that order, and nobody at this counter can see it or act on it.

If a carton arrives short — a mix missing, a pan tool absent, a surprise refill that is not the flavor you hoped for — the order page is still the route. On the surprise refill specifically, the listing does say the flavor may vary, so that one is worth reading before ordering rather than after.

When a card on this counter is wrong

That one is ours. If a card lists a mix that is not in the carton, a price that is nowhere near the order page or a product on the wrong shelf, send a note through the counter notes page and we will fix the card. We cannot fix an order, but we can stop the next family from hitting the same thing.

Three cards to start from if you came here looking for a product rather than the small print.
