What we keep

A short page, because the answer is almost nothing.

What the pages do

The pages on this counter are files. They load the text, the photographs and one small script that opens the order window when a stamp is clicked. There is no account to make, no basket to fill and no login, so there is nothing for us to attach to a person.

We do not run advertising scripts and we do not sell data, because there is no data here to sell.

When you send us a note

A note sent through the counter notes page reaches an inbox at the address in the footer. We keep what you wrote for as long as it takes to fix the card it is about, and we keep a correction itself — the fact that a price was wrong — for as long as the card exists, because that is the record of the catalogue.

We do not add anyone to a mailing list from a correction, and we do not pass a note to anybody else.

What happens at the order window

Clicking a stamp opens the order page of the partner store in a new window. From that point you are on their pages under their policies, and whatever they record is recorded by them. We cannot see it and we do not receive it.

Hosting

The site is served as static files from a content network, which means the host logs the usual request information — an address, a page, a time — for the usual operational reasons. We do not read those logs to build a profile and we do not combine them with anything else.

Back to the counter

Three cards to start from if you came here looking for a product rather than the small print.
